We are pleased to expand our range of indoor activities with three new classes:

• H.I.I.T. (High-Intensity Interval Training) – every Friday from 8 to 9 a.m.
• Thighs Abs Glutes – every Monday and Wednesday from 7:40 to 8:25 a.m.
• Cross Training – every Monday and Wednesday from 8.35am to 9.20am

We invite you all to come and try out these new disciplines with Cédric and Théo, who are joining our team of instructors.

POOL CLOSED AT 16:00

Dear customers, 
The Poseidon swimming pool will be exceptionally closed at 16:00 on Sunday 6 April 2025.
This is to allow a Water Polo Tournament to be held.

Temporary interruption

Dear students of Carlos' class,

We would like to inform you that your Tai-Chi teacher, Carlos, will be temporarily absent for personal reasons. Classes are expected to resume in 4 to 7 weeks.

We wish him all the best during this period and will keep you informed as soon as possible when classes resume.

In the meantime, we'd like to encourage our regulars to try out some of the other activities on offer at the complex. It's a great opportunity to discover new disciplines and keep active! Thank you for your understanding and see you soon!
